So, because it MAY benefit others, the boy needs to be mutilated? Well, as an uncircumcised male with 3 uncircumcised sons, I disagree. It is painful for the child (I've seen it) with no anesthetic used, leads to infections when the parents don't keep the wound clean (and it IS a wound) AND it is removing a natural protector of the penis for dubious health benefits. The ONLY reason to circumcise (other than to make a fairy-tale "god" happy) is because you are too lazy or sexually repressed to teach your child to WASH HIS PENIS EVERY DAY. ALL the so-called health benefits of circumcision are just as easily acquired by soap and water, with one HELL of a lot less pain.
